Oh, I see. I just edited my post, but I'll ask here since you're kind enough to ask. I was just wondering what the current pulse was like. I was also curious if the Teflon held up well? I know if has great friction properties, though.

Connor never used a rogowski coil, so their is really no telling what the current pulse was like. It consisted of all the capacitors in parallel though. The teflon held up great, his machining facilities let him design that much better. The low friction of teflon does help.

I'm so incredibly jealous of his seemingly limitless access to those machining resources.

That's an impressive efficiency he achieved for a non government-funded railgun.

His father owns a CNC machine shop, so he has quite a bit of access. I am impressed by the quality too.
