Erm, I'm not sure what the significance of it hitting at the stroke of midnight would be, beyond an interesting coincidence, but we've been hit with 3 CMEs in the last 9 days thanks to the extremely active burst we had last week. It wouldn't surprise me much for 1039 to get big enough to produce a CME, but if it was going to hit tomorrow night, it would have had to errupt some time last night or today. Even if it were a particularly violent CME, it would take at least 24 hours to arrive.
