 		A $200 stick welder.....very fast, very efficient as it blankets the platters with heavy energy while melting yjhr material into itself; the platters become the case!. Each unit should take 2-3 minutes. There would be no retrieval, two [people could operated the the system signing off on each other, energy consumption would be even less than gasses and less materials would be hiven time to be released in the atmosphere.
