Hi I am looking to build a ZVS driver but I am having some trouble obtaining MOSFETs. I am considering IRFP450s because I cannot obtain IRFP250s without exorbitant shipping fees I will post the pdf soon because I am useing a mobile phone to post this. ( Also sorry about the formating, see above)

Hi, yes they will work, but will run noticably hotter than the 250's.

Thanks for that. Heat is no concern as I have a huge heatsink and a good fan. I shoud be able to get the IRFP450s for 2.00 AUD . I could parrarel them. Also I'm still sorry about the formmating as I'm still on my mobile.
