I want to build something that can produce a large (continuous if possible) ark, I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to build a HV circuit that runs off two 12v 12 Amp lead acid battery, If anyone can help me and also tell me the exsact parts I need it would be of great help, thanks.

Asking for exact directions, and for such a circuit is against the rules, a few seconds of google would give you some ideas. A few could be , ...
You have to do research and actually spend time trying to find the answer before coming to the forum and expecting help. Do some research, and if you happen upon a problem that you can not find on the internet, then you can ask.

That isn't how we do things here. Try checking the rules again -- we're not going to do your work for you. Check Google and the HvWiki, at , for ideas. Also try searching this site or the archives. Post again when you understand enough to ask specific questions.
