Hi,
I'am searching for steve's OCD driver PCB on single layered board, every pcb format is acceptable, sprint layout, eagle...or only a image is also great
exactly this one Link2
thanks.

I made one for his much newer universal driver, you can find some pictures of it in the projects section under "Kaizer DRSSTC I"

It is not yet tested, so might contain bugs, the endless hours of staring at it and optimizing might have introduced a few mishaps :)

Wow that setup look really great i cant wait for your result with it. My latest coil looked very similar to yours, only a little bit smaller with steve's drsstc5 driver without OCD so result of my first run was that what u can see on the photo :( your driver looks nice its made in sprint layout am i right? can u send here a pcb file here, i also can check if there are some bugs.

I have read steve uses this driver for driving huge CM bricks but is this driver also suitable for some smaller transistors in TO247 or TO264 for example HGTG30N60B3D ?

I made one of Ward's drivers, it was the drsstc-3 though. Mostly the same.

I use TO-3P (pretty much like TO-247) IGBTs. I have only gone up to 250 amps so far, at 80 volts on the buss. Despite being small, TO-247 will do fine with a drsstc. Just do not expect too large sparks. Also, for TO-247, do not parallel UCC's. They are not needed even for a fullbridge. It could only cause problems, not make things better. Unless you have a huge gate capacitance.

gate capacitance is a characterestic of a IGBT, the charge that is needed to be applied to the gate for it to conduct.

gate capacitance is a characterestic of a IGBT, the charge that is needed to be applied to the gate for it to conduct.
And, the smaller it is, the easier it is on the gate drivers and such. I am sure that any good TO-247 IGBT has low enough gate capacitance to be run by the ucc pair and a small/normal size GDT.

You should probably do some reading on gate driving and stuff, i would highly suggest it. It could quite possibly decide between an IGBT killing monster, and a running efficient drsstc.
