For my drsstc project, i would like to go with SOT-227 style IGBTs. In the beginning i did, but they where too expensive. But, it turns out, the brick i was going to attempt to use is internally limited to 150 amps, so that will not work.
Preferred types would be HGT1N40N60A4D, or something in the 80 amp 600v range. I do require them to be co-packaged with a diode, and they will be run around 160KHz. If they cannot run 160KHz, i am not interested. If they are no Co-packaged, i will at least consider it. I could always use an external diode.
I also need some good buss capacitors. Low ESR and low inductance is necessary, and around 6,000 to 10,000uf and 250vdc is perfect. I need two. Perhaps 2 30 amp standard recovery diodes, too .
Of course, i have no money. If you are interested, PM me. I have a few things to trade, i will make it worth your while.
If in the Texas area and you can arrange a pickup, i can give you my 7.6kv 50kw pole pig for maybe 8 good isotop's. I can help load, as long as you provide the tow straps or other method of securing. It weighs 629 pounds. If you can bring a dolly, that would be good, i bent and blew the tire of mine, so it needs to be *really* strong.
