Hi there,
I have been looking at this component IXDN430CI from IXYS and I was wondering whether someone could tell me what the "M" stands for in this version IXDN430MCI. They sell for exactly the same price on onlinecomponents.com. I am guessing it might stand for military... but to be honest I have no idea... if it does what significance does it mean...
Kind Regards
Simon

Read the datasheet. The information is in there in the part numbering table.
