I am looking for 3 dual diode ISOTOP package, fast to ultra-fast, above 20A. If they are single diode, I need 6.
PM me.

If it is two diodes, do you want common cathode, comman anode, or series kind of arrangement?

Also, does it have to be ISOTOP? Or is TO-247 acceptable?

Edit: Also, do they have to be the same part number (in case they are all being used on seperate things and it does not matter) and what voltage?

Two isolated diodes in one package. Same part numbers, and how did I forget voltage? 600v.
I guess TO-247 is fine, I perfer screw terminals though. It is for the diodes in a half bridge coilgun, so surge rating is important.

I amp not too sure if they will work, but i have 6 60 amp continuous, 600 amps pulse, 120amp max repetitive ultrafast (50ns) TO-247. They are only 400v though, and single diode.

Let me know what you think.
