Two isolated diodes in one package. Same part numbers, and how did I forget voltage? 600v. I guess TO-247 is fine, I perfer screw terminals though. It is for the diodes in a half bridge coilgun, so surge rating is important.

I amp not too sure if they will work, but i have 6 60 amp continuous, 600 amps pulse, 120amp max repetitive ultrafast (50ns) TO-247. They are only 400v though, and single diode.
