It is viewable from India and China.
For those of us not there, and going to be watching it, what website will you be using, the ones I've found do not work or are wanting payment.
NASA TV wont be broadcasting it as far as i can see from their schedule.

Edit: hm, well i found these:

none seem to be working yet, so I can't suggest what one is best.
