I always wanted to know the priced of boards but, Now I know why I rather attempt my own...I mean people have their own ways but with the right technique, double sided homebrew boards are easy. But, Some people don't have the time to do it. As long as I can get my clads for 50 cents like I've been, for 4X8". It will serve me very good :)

If this is going to be a long term hobby, Probotix sells their fireball CNC router for under a grand. In 15 PCB runs it pays for itself. Software is free as long as you don't make any money off of it. I'm saving for mine right now.

Man, I sure would like to have one of those CNC machines, but I'll probably consider getting one of those if I decide to keep building coils after my first DRSSTC.

I use Olimex a lot for PCB fabrication - cheap, pretty good and they take Eagle files directly.

See my current uDR/SSTC thread for some new boards I had made this week...

That looks like the best site so far. Hopefully the quality is good.

Olimex panelize for free - for a double-sided, soldermasked & silkscreened eurocard (160mm x 100mm) driven from Eagle, Futurlec charge $77 + P&P. Olimex charge euros 30 (USD 42.35)/panel + P&P - Olimex have no setup charges, Futurlec charge 25 bucks. Futurlec don't panelise - Olimex do it for free (put several smaller boards onto one eurocard then cut it up into individual boards again as part of the service.
Olimex go down to 8 mil resolution at same cost - Futurlec's minimum resolution is 10 mil (not a problem except for some SMD boards).

Olimex are certainly significantly cheaper for what I do at least, and the free panelisation is a feature I use pretty much every order - quality pretty good too, as is delivery time (typically 5 working days).
