Picked up a few interesting items at a recent Hamfest in Newington, CT.. One was a .08 30 KVDC cap like the ones Information Unlimited used to sell & use in their Tesla coil. The other is the one pictured here. The label looks to be written in German. If I had to guess, I think it's a warning label. It had another label, but it gone. My LC meter says 20.5 uF. Anyone want to take a stab at what voltage? It's 7" tall, 4" diameter & the insulator is 1 3/8" tall

The loose translation of the German text is that is: This is a prototype unit based on another production series, and then it references a date, to get to the data sheet for for approximating specifications.
My best attempt at the KV lottery, would be a working voltage of about 10-15KV DC max. based on other German made capacitors that I have seen over the years, based on the insulator construction. This is of course not scientific, and maybe not to accurate.

If you are sure of the capacitance value, you can figure an upper bound on the working voltage by starting with this capacitor's size and weight. The stored energy density (joules/m^3 and joules/kg) is unlikely to exceed that of modern HV capacitors you can look up on the Internet.
