Haven't been on the forum for a while, but I have a school project coming up that I'll need some decent sized capacitors for. Any voltage greater than 200V is needed, as well as capacitance greater than 3300uF would be great! Let me know at my email address if you wouldn't mind which is eric"removethis"**link**

Which project are you going to be using the caps on? If there is no RF involved may I suggest the surplus Russian military PETP caps? For 10$ you can get 60 4kv 3,300uf caps of ebay, they are made out of mylar which is useless for tesla coil use as it heats up and fails due to the RF, but I imagine that they are of great quality as it would not be wise to anger the russian military IMO :).

The project that I'm working on is a project for my power systems analysis class - all 60Hz stuff. I'm just looking for some computer grade electrolytic capacitors to do the job - but thanks for the tip!
