I am going to make a voltage doubler by 10uf electrolytic capacitors. Can I connect two 20uF electrolytic caps oppositely series?

It all depends on how they are then connected to the rest of the circuit. Plenty of voltage multipliers have been made with electrolytics of your size. The caps will be fine as long as the voltage across the individual caps is the correct polarity. A schematic would also be helpful.

Most voltage doublers can use electrolytics singly,
IF you need non-polarised consider 'lighting capacitors'
available from a few uF to 10's of uF quite cheaply (eBay)
they are film capacitors designed to be operated across the mains
and are very reliable.

Capacitors in voltage doubler can be polarised?I am afraid that it will explode.
I can't buy anything on Ebay because I don't have a credit card.I just want to know whether my method will work.

Non-polarized means that it can have a voltage of either polarity on it; there aren't any negative or positive leads. You mighty want to do some more research on this if you're building this to charge a coilgun bank... that can be some serious voltage and it gets hugely dangerous if you don't completely know what you're doing.

Depending on your configuration, the first capacitor must be non-polarised, the rest can be polarised.

It may help to get a circuit simulator (suggestions on the wiki, I prefer simmetrix), and look at the voltages on the various capacitors versus time. Simulator is less likely to explode than real life.

Sorry,I've got a mistake.I typed "polarised" as "non-polarised".Now I've corrected.

It should work just fine to use 2 capacitors 'back to back', however you should add a reverse diode on each capacitor to prevent them from being reverse charged.

afaik the first stage of the multiplier cannot be polarised caps, but after that the voltage is rectified so electrolytics can be used.

Check under construction->Voltage Charging-Tripler. Polarized ones used there and works.
