I'll ship to UK/EU/Scandinavia, but not the USA. (The video output is PAL anyway, which would cause grief in America)

Please note, this is an analog video camera controlled with proprietary commands over RS-232. You can't just plug it into a PC and use it as a robotic webcam, without some leet skillz.
