Mendelsons in Dayton Ohio has two 12kv 60ma neon sign transformers new in the box for $100.00 each. They also have a 15kv 60ma one that also appears to be new but it wasn't priced. These are definitely transformer type, not inverter type and I didn't see any thing saying they where ground fault protected.
If you live anywhere near Dayton Ohio It is worth making a trip out to Mindelsons just to see all the stuff they have on their third floor. Words can't describe it. If Dayton is too far they also have a web site and you could probably get them to ship you a transformer.
