well that is partially true mostly i was just concerned about possibly destroying the transformers by series arrangement of them, and i wanted to know if i would mess up the diodes on my arc welder if i use it as a ballast

(I am not trying to start a fight, please see that) The way you have posted the info about your wanted transformers, you seem to have an air of disregard around you, which is especially scary since you mention very high amperage/voltage and 3 foot arcs, many people have posted with comments of fear/worry about what you are attempting. Honestly (i know this has been said alot) get some MOT's and make a new power supply.....

i have trouble obtaining mots is the only real problem with that, my mom doesnt let me go "treasure hunting" and i am sure u rnt trying to start a fight and i know you guys are probably worried and all but i was talking aabout a big jacobs ladder i am not going to be inside of 10 feet of these transformers running and if needed maybe more, and my high amperage things i am talking about normal arc welding, and i have looked at an arc and burned my eyes once, and to be ohonest i have shocked myself welding and it did hurt but not as much as the eye burn. and i would really like to move up a notch i have tried mots and i want to move up

??? Mate, not being nasty, or trying to start a fight, but....
1. Lurk 2. Google for stuff 3. SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY! 4 Mouth shut, ears open. 5. Lay off the drugs as you previously stated.
If people are obviously worried about you, maybe it's for a reason. I don't know how else to put it, but listen, and stop being so arrogant. Half the guys here wouldn't even think about a pig or seriesing up KVa+ Xfmrs. If you have to ask you don't know, so try building an SSTC and getting max arcs out of that first, where people would be happy to help.

well i will probably order these transformers if i can because of the good price, and then set em aside for awhile until im completely ready to use them, by the way i cant have been electrocuted, and i would be dead if i have been, i am now off drugs completely for a month officially and i never would mix HV and intoxication of anytype anytime, as would i not do welding either, i have had trouble with my only attempts at a flyback driver, the single transistor 2n3055, and a 555 timer based as well, and a guitar effect pedal didnt work either, i want to try and get at least 3 foot TC sparks, and i saw a DRSSTC in the projects that made 35 inch i believe at 110 volt 13 amps in. Also sorry if i was being arrogant, really i am just determined to get some more streamers, the past 2 years i did really great as far as drugs go, then halloween, killed all MOT's and then nothing to do, so TC and HV keep me out of the gutter. By the way safety is my number one concern, as a matter of fact i have a bracelt on right now that says "safety first"
I remember seeing somewhere an arc welder used for a ballast but I don’t remember for what. If you want to use an arc welder you can't use DC because that will just rectify the mains which you don't want for running a transformer. 360lbs!? you're gonna need some kind of steel cart to move it and a bunch of friends to help lift that thing onto it.
