Hi,
This is my "black box" . The box contains 6000uF 350V Siemens capacitor and 1kV 350A (9kA pulse) SCR + other small parts. This is my old project, as the charging current limitation i use ordinary lightbulb. I can connect to black box output instead of coilgun coil a copper wire or something else .

nice, reminds me of my coilgun from several years ago, which was very similar (I also charged through a lightbulb). You might be able to get higher peak currents though if you thicken up the wires a bit on the output...
