Nice tune avalanche! Did you use FruityLoops or something?
I do electronic music under the name "Scopeboy" and lately I've been playing bass in a band called The Ten To Five Project. If you like Myspace you can check out our pages here. They have player applets that pester you with our tunes.
If you don't like myspace you can hear a bunch of my older Scopeboy tunes here. The MP3z are actually hosted on rev's home server, I believe it's in a shed somewhere in Florida. :-o

Thats actually quite a nice tune, crank those pads! and I do love over programmed drum beats :) Gonna have to see if I can find my copy now.... Or stop LMMS segfaulting I used to take the laptop with FL Studio to parties all the time, just get a nice four on the floor happening, fill it in with the 808, then go crazy with tweakage on the 303. Nothing like old school acid techno! It's amazing what you can come up with just mucking about. Granted, FL will never quite be as good as a proper studio. Have you played with the vocoder in it yet?

Glad you like it
I've not played with the vocoder in Fruityloops yet, but I used to use the AnalogX vocoder a while back ( I'll probably have a play around with it later, if I can think up any decent HV related lyrics
edit- quality track Jmartis. Makes me want to try some Trance now. Can't decide what genre to go for...

Ah, I see I'm not the only one who's had problems with it.
I use Ableton Live in XP, with an E-MU XBoard 49. I threw together a few little things when I first got it, but I havn't produced anything lately because I've become more picky, or something.
Unfinished. Randomish ambient noisy intro, breaks into a dirty drum beat, enter nasty synth. The track is very full at that point, not sure where I want to go next.
Cool stuff Jmartis and Avalanche, as you can probably tell, I'm a big fan of electronic music. :)
Steve, you need to get heard on last.fm and write up a description.. I listen to blackcar every once in a while, but there seems to be a different artist called 'blackcar.' (sadly I don't think there's anything that can be done about this)

Hi guys
Listening to your MP3z right now! The "Space Choir" track is great! I like Alex's "Randomish ambient noisy intro" too.
Blackcar was the name that me and my brother used for our stuff years ago. We split and the name isn't used any more. I don't know why it's stil hanging around out there- where did you see it alex?
I did my biggest gig ever last night. I was one of eight local acts supporting Alex Patterson and Thomas Fehlmann from The Orb. We played in a cool venue with two massive video screens, a VJ, and a 4kW sound system.
My setup: two laptops running Traktor DJ, and a home-made ghetto DJ mixer. I also had a hollowbody jazz guitar, and a tube amp hidden under the table
Some old piece of junk that one of the other bands brought
The good ship Tunes prepares to sail, with everyone's gear on board: four turntables, six laptops and lord knows how many synths.
