I really hope I don't get bashed for asking such a lame question, but I'll go for it... Once...
When I come across spare parts, I'm compelled to make use of them. I obtained a six pack of these. Sometimes I wish I wouldn't come across so many spare parts. It puts too many projects on my platter. These mosfets have a decent current rating, sweet pulse rating and really awesome thermal dissipation. The speed is fair, but they are only 200v rated. I live in the US and rectified mains is about 170vdc, this kinda cuts it close. :(
I'm focused on building a bridge for a DRSSTC running at full rectified mains. If these aren't suitable, then they aren't of any use to me and are "up for grabs". Not "up for sale". What would they be suitable for anyhow?

That would be great for a sstc, actually. It would have to be a lower frequency secondary, but it should be good. Steve Wards good ole' fullbridge sstc uses 200 volt 50 some-odd amps. I believe it was the irfp250? Either way, as lond as you tune it alright and have plenty gate drive, they ought to works fine.
