Increase Memory Size

Hi all, I gonna push a uClinux on my FPGA with microblaze, but my board a DRAM Module.
Ok I have 8 Chips here they are GM71C4400BJ70 from LG, its 1Mbit Address Bus Size with 4Bit data.
I will use 16Bit address size, so 4 chips I put the addresses in parallel and get the data output normally.

But how can I increase the address size with the other memory chips?
