I have some CDE caps that i do not want, they are too high capacitance for my uses at this moment. They are 942C16P68K .68uf 1600vdc capacitors, pulse and high frequency rated and self healing, just like the .15uf 2000vdc cap used often in tesla coils. I have about 23 up for sale. I have seen them somewhere for 10 dollars, but at digikey they are 7.27 a piece, with a minimum order of 25. I will sell for 140 buck for all or better offer. 140 would be perfect as i am buying a scope :P. They would be perfect for a drsstc because of its high capacitance, so it require few of them. I will include brand new 10megohm bleeders/balancers free upon request.

They have been slightly used, with a 12kv 60ma nst for a sgtc, but this would not effect its life as they had a DC rating of about 55-60kv in my setup. Thin pins are not bent out of shape badly at all, and there is no solder on them. All of the leads are about the same length (unless my other 4 are bigger) and are about 3.5cm (little less than 1.5 inches) long.

If you have a good scope that you do not want because you upgraded, we could make a trade. It must be 50mhz or higher, as i am already planning to buy a 50mhz for 140 dollars.

You are paying for 23, but i will include this one that arced to the floor and melted the platic coating, as it still works. So you will get 23 good ones, and this slightly damaged one (if it does not work, i will not include).

I am testing all of them with a halfwave rectified MOT running on about 104 volts input from a transformer, and i let them charge and discharge them a few times to insure the lifetime will not be short.

Thanks for looking!

I recall a thread about you sampling these from CDE. It is illegal to resell these, I suggest taking a look at there terms and conditions.

I'm sorry, man. That sucks. Good luck with the whole not getting banned thing. I know this forum means more to you than pretty much anything, disregarding friends and family. I didn't know it was illegal, either. I wouldn't try selling sampled caps, but understand if you forgot.

Like I said, good luck.
