For red get a dvd-burner, and extract the diode, for blue get a blue-ray burner (check ebay, for '405nm' there are tons of auctions for <$40 for 100mw laser diodes) you will also need a housing and driver circuit (ebay, axiz etc)

you need to be more specific for more information.

Kepp in mind that if you go with that 3w diode you will also need to design some type of heatsink and colminator for it, and the beam quality will be quite poor due to the large area of the emitter. Not to mention that it is IR, so you will not be able to see the output...

I would suggest
Link2 if you want a purple one, Link2 if you want an IR (invisible one), or Link2 if you want red (make sure to add the driver board option for IR/red)
