Hello,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the chat room is repaired. You no longer need your own IRC client to visit the room. Even better, you now no longer need java, javascript, or the ability to use ports or traffic other than http. This should make it much easier for people to access the chat room from a variety of machines, even behind some filtering. Stop on by and say hello if you have time!
I'm still working on getting the wiki back up, in case anyone is interested. I just needed a change of pace after staring at too much php, and this turned out to be a very easy fix.

This was one of the reasons that kept me out of the chat room for so long. I decided one day to download icechat "freeware" you can get it from download.com and i have been on it every day since.
