I will build the sstc or drsct with Fuji IGBT-s 2MBI75N-060 (75A-600V).
I want to know how I can calculate the MMC for my tesla coil

The pulse current, 150 Amps on those IGBTs are a little low for drsstcs.

To determine the MMC, we need to know more details. Resonant frequency of you secondary coil with top load, Primary coil size and number of turns. You can use Wintesla to determine this. Google it with "tesla coil" and wintesla in your search field and you'll find the program.

How can I determine the time for gate charge?
I have loking in graf on page 3 ( .PDF is in the first post), but is this correct.
For 440v the time is 420nC!
