Yea I have finishd a tutorial :) how to make a ion generator and I get with a 9v battery up to 20 kv.

Do you know where to find a similar device in Germany? I don't have anything that can produce 15kV and is small enough to fit inside the sole of a shoe. Small 7kV generators are easy to find here but 15 kV would work much better for this.
