Hi all, i finally got some of the 40n60's desoldered and i am putting them up for sale. They were removed from new equipment. The number on the igbt is G40N60B3 but the actual model number is HGTG40N60B3 and i am almost positive they are made by Intersil. Here is the datasheet Link2 and they sell for $20 each on fairchild direct. I have alot but i am going to start with 24 and see how they sell. they are $3 each and have shortened legs but they are still very easy to solder through hole or on top of a board. I take paypal or money order although money order is preferred. Buyer pays shipping via usps. PM or make a post on this thread if you are interested.

What would the peak pulse current be? I dont really undestand the graph since it says that the longer the pulse time the higher the current it can withstand... Also can you confirm these are in working condition? and would you ship to New Zealand?

The peak is 330A for a pulse length of what it takes for the IGBT to reach the max temperature.

i would be Glad to ship to New Zealand. As far as the working condition, they were removed from new equipment but if you want, i will test them for you.
