I've been doing a lot of Class-E work lately, and stumbled across this paper which had some good tuning tips as well as showing how to tune your Class-E amplifier based on what the drain waveforms look like. I think Richie had a link to this document as well as on his website at some point.

I know this is an old thread but I'd like to find this document again, it's invaluable to people learning about Class-E topology. I'm very excited if someone can re-post this document it would make the task of tuning a little bit less bothersome.
