Alltronics. Great place. Some examples of stuff.
One 3900uf 400vdc(312 joules, great for pulse) computer grade lytics for about 7 bucks each, or 4 of the same caps for 25 bucks.
5 pounds of misc caps for 10 buck. I got it and it was a very good item to get. I got and there where tons of small caps great for decoupling and timing, and even some large-ish computer grade caps.
100 small standoffs(not high voltage, just for mounting circuit boards and stuff) for 5 bucks.
12 small dc motors (5-40vdc) for bucks.
FIVE POUNDS OF RESISTORS for 10 bucks( THAT would be helpful)
Ten wallwarts for 15 bucks.
20 torroid ferrite for 5 bucks.
And that is all under assortments, other than the 3900uf 400volt lytics.

I put the lytics i bought together yesterday(2 of them for 624 joules) and charged them all the way up and they explode alum foil with ease, and still had about 250 volts left. Blew up some 24 gauge tinned copper wire.
They have more than electronics there, so check it out, they have some truly great stuff there.
