Hi all.
In answer to the question "detailed problem descripton".
Drive fails to complete format. detailed diagnostics with chkmem reveals total read failure indicating some problem with the flash chip. this is fresh out of the packet.
In answer to the "What troubleshooting have you tried?"
Have tried (in this order - Unplugging-replugging drive several times. Tried using the windows adminstrator tools to redefine the partition, also tried winhex which gave an --unknown error--. Also tried using ancient spell upon it, something like --Memorus Resurrecto-- which didnt work. It wouldnt --voom-- if I rammed 50 million volts up it :(
Reckon I will get a response? :)

Lol Memorus Resurrecto, Good luck they should have sent you a new memory stick about 2 weeks after they receive your old broken one, but it can take up to 4 weeks as I found out when RMA'ing the RAM in my PC (Meaning I had no pc for a month)
