According to the size/shape and the presense of soldered holes this is an oil-filled paper capacitor, either pulse one or not. Nevertheless it will not work in RF circuits as pulse caps have a limited pulse rate and do not accept ocillating current circuitry. Due to the hysteresis it is quite dangerous so after any cycle of operation it's terminals have to be shorted for ANY idle time periods as a major charge may form up on it in a matter of pretty long time intervals, a few minutes, hours or even more - and that charge can become deadly! Those properties will result in a poor performance in an SGTC with both a high heating levels and degradation of the capacitor.
