 		I aquired 5 new and 2 used SEMIKRON SKM 400GB124D IGBTs some time ago, and because I moved to another city and live in a small apartment now, I can`t see any use for them...

If anyone is interested pm with an offer


I also got a huge SCR + Diode from my disc launcher, that has been on the shelf for a few years now.
The diode is an sd3000c10k Link2 and the SCR is a t9g0161203dh, and has only been fired a few times, and is mounted in a clamp ready to use.

The diode is "new", i bought it from farnell!
