That is 1250 joules if both are in series if both are seriesed! But, they are not good for pulse discharge, but would make good smoothing caps for a high voltage high current supply.
The best one: 2kj at 100kv! This would be great for things requiring high energy and fast discharge times. It would probably be good for high current stuff because it was for a marx generator which makes it discharge through a spark gap. I really want someone to get this, i want to see some pulse discharges with 100kv cap!!! Charge it will like a flyback driver and tripler or something :P.
That is, if you don't mind the ridiculous price and weight, as it is 375 bucks and 97 pounds!
