I used mylar caps. They were rated for 100V, but even 25V would do.
Any unpolarized capacitor rated more than 12V would do.

Killa: It is entirely possible to make a boost converter which runs off a couple of AA batteries. Uzzors boost converter will work fine with 6V if you to change some resistor values.

Thanks, I just have 2 more questions to ask then I should be fine with building a boost converter.
Will a MR756 600V 6A Fast Recovery diode be a sufficient replacement for the 500v 15A diode in Uzzors schematic? or would I need to get 2 or 3 and hook em up in parallel? And will a 120uh inductor work as a replacement for the 130uh inductor in the schematic?

Yes, your diode will work, and yes the inductor will work.

or, you could just use a zener diode to reverse conduct when it reaches, say, 5v. that way your voltage divider could trigger your LED, or a transistor to activate a relay.

Also is there a simple way of making the chargers stop charging at 330v? because they just keep going and I don't wanna blow my capacitors.
Yes, you can just use a voltage comparator, like Uzzor's:

is that fast like photoflashes? and second question is if i do this boostconverter 5 pcs and set them parallel is it can fill shorter?

A boost converter is many times more powerful. You don't need to parallel, one will work great. They charge much faster than a photoflash.

I'm pretty sure that it is a 68 ohm resistor. I doubt that IRFP450 is gonna work with a 68k resistor.

And yes there is such a thing Link2
