Very interesting proposal to use an array of these devices in conjuction with biasing and conventional analogue techniques to build a "learning network".

Also potentially possible to use the same technique to integrate these into 3-D structures where the "blocks" are connected with nanotubes allowing a virtually unlimited number of connections. Sounds familiar?
