I had posted this in a different thread,so here goes...Brass DOES make a big diference than steel in the transferance of a MOT supply...changeed the steel bolts for brass ones and am DEFFINATELY getting better "hits" and better performance of power thanks guys.

I've been saying this for a while now. Steel takes away a lot of power with MOT coils. I wired one of my MOT coils with car battery cables which turned out to have steel terminals. The terminals got so hot that the insulation melted and caught fire!
