I'm a bit off when it comes to power-electronics now, too many logic gates at school, but a flyback-based charger is almost as simple to build as the boost converter. The only additional difficulty is having to wind a transformer/multiwinding inductor instead of merely using a prepackaged inductor.
1) charging caps is basically a current-source job, a flyback is naturally high output impedeance
2) It runs at high efficiency (useful for battery operated equipment) at all stages of the charge cycle
3) The output voltage is very flexible, the same supply might be used to charge different caps to a wide range of voltages, with no change to the supply apart from terminal voltage detection
Please direct me by giving me a schematic of one flyback circuit and please tell me the what is the output voltage of the flyback further can i charge my 6800MFD/400 VDC cap with this flyback?if yes how long does it take?

What else we can use instead of booster, if boosters are poorest option for charging the cap?
