Capacitive Reactance in a CW Multiplier

For those of you who haven't seen my other thread, I am building a CW multiplier HV PSU from a 1kW microwave. My biggest problem right now is not knowing if the MOCs I am going to use in the multiplier are going have enough reactance at 60Hz to limit the primary current to reasonable levels; 15A or less.

So my question is, how do you calculate the reactance of a CW Multiplier?

When you connect a cap across MOT secondary, the sec. current will be approx. 0.7A, but because it cancels out with the inductive reactance of the shunts, draw from mains is very low (my guess is on ~3A from 120V).
As you start drawing power between the cap and MOT, the mains current goes up, but I think it will never be above 10A. If there are effectively conected 2 caps to the MOT output, double the values.
