I was looking into the Casio Exilim EX-F1, and google shopping or whatever turned up this site, with the camera for "only" $675, $705 shipped. The next cheaper seller is Top choice digital, selling it for $125 more, no shipping. back on topic, There is no BBB report for wearebest, and a google search gives only a few links. For contact, they provide no phone number, or street address, not even a PO box. here is a link to their "about us" page. They claim to be part of some "topway" quality thing.

Do you think it is legit, or at least worth a/the risk?

thanks

I would be very carefull, seems like they have no SSL, and the contact e-mail is at hotmail (@live.com adress)
Besides, they have quite many broken links (ends with 404 and address like mainsite/www.somewhere.tld)
Looks like a "ghost" company to me becourse of missing address, but maybe others can tell?

From domain whois I found some adress:

It is not worth the risk. A trip to resellerratings.com tells that Top choice digital is a scam.

I had a feeling that it was a scam, so I asked. I just found a better deal. Has anyone heard of wild digital? BBB says that they are in new york, affiliated with Broadway photo, they provide a server specific email, plus a phone number, which matches the one for Broadway photo in new york. So unless Broadway photo is really in on this possible scam, I doubt it is a scam.

I feel happy inside!

Wild Digital is also a scam operation. It is one of countless webshops operated by the same group of people. If you order from them you need to buy the battey, and other important items separately. The total price will be higher than from other places.

Have a look at this thread: Link2
