Hey guys, I found someone selling an NST for 35 bucks around the corner from me. It isn't a huge NST like most people use for their coils, but here are the specs.
Info on the transformer.... Acme Electric Pri. v. 120 Sec. v. 7500 V. A. 150
Will it be suitable for a coil running on DC power input?

That works fine. I've seen people get 12" streamers from a 4000V/20mA NST. Yours with 7500V/50mA should work just fine

Are they a single hot wire output type NST or a double secondary running 3750 V each side for a short of 7500 V? Curious....

Most of these units use 2 windings... Here in Korea we use single winding units and input is 220-240V.
