Hi all, I'm about to get a run of full bridge TO-247 PCB's made, I was hoping people could have a quick look to make sure they are sane. They are designed to have all TO-247's mounted under the board on the one heatsink , hence the drill holes for the mounting screws (last pic is an EARLY one showing this layout). Alternatively you could mount all TO-247's upright and have a Z shaped configuration of 2 heatsinks. Layout is for the PCBExpress miniboard service, and fits 2 per board
Should be a nice board, some features : Low inductance ( I think, I hope, comments? ) Multiple connection options , with both 3mm holes and screw terminal options. Room for two transient suppression devices between each EC. All holes slightly oversised for easy desoldering
