Nearly it .. cheesey

The caps cost about R$4.55 here (US$ 2.22), but the distributor has to purchase a minimum amount of R$300.00, but was my first purchase here, he made a discount shades

Good Day Coilers

After a long time without posting anything else here in 4hv, I finally finished my coil completely, decided a series of problems that had, but now, it totally stable, and can be linked with confidence ...

So far, the coil is working very well with about 70% of the total with my source MOT, can meet maximum of 4.8kW, has not had the opportunity to connect without any Ballast, but soon I'll do it ..

These were the results ..

With 70% of the total power--> 1.8m could spark in the air,
and with a point of capture 2M---> 2M!amazed

I did a little video:

Changing things ...8-)

Decided to re-shape my primary cone and make a primary plan, the result increased somewhat, somewhere around 20% ..
Also put a clip to set the best tun, and a plate of acrylic with high voltage terminals for easy connection to power supply

Doing a great job there! Love to see you are using the fuse clips for tuning your secondary there :) I went to an antique shop and saw 1 or 2 insulators just like yours for 3 dollars that I might consider getting along with a few power pole ones.

Neat coil you got there, Keep up the good work :D
