Good day coilers...

This is my new MOT power tesla coil project...

The secondary is made by a PVC tube, with 8" diameter and 24.8" winding, of #24 wire..

I use a EPOXI glue to isolate the coil externally..

Interesting method to mount secondary coil to base, I must say.

About resin, would I be right if I say that now secondary coil has "white areas" caused by resin? :) I've used resin and it turned out to be destroying beauty of secondary, exactly because of those "white areas". Now I'm just going to buy a dielectrical spray. It will surely do a much more neater work in next coils.

The "white areas" in the coil is when the resin was still drying, dry after it is fully transparent :D

The suports its made on acrilic 30º angle

Its a 12 turns cooper tubing of 1/4 inch

17mm space center to center of tube
