Hi all
I found out about an old article about vttcs on the pupman list, but the link for the scanned article were no longer active, and the version on scribd.com didnt work either.
Is there anyone with this article handy? "Powerful Tesla Coil - Science Experimenter Fall 1963"
I have now gotten the article as a pdf from Ricardo Macalino, download it and spread it, its rare on the internet :)

Look at steve wards vttcs to get some ideas, but basicly its just removing one of the tubes, adjust primary coil/tank capacitor and lower plate voltage.
Unfortunately this article did not cover any math related to designing vttcs, so its back to the radiobooks again :)
