That looks like a polycarbonate water bottle, and says that ammonia damages it, so, bad luck for you I guess whatever is in there isn't pure enough to use, and the bottle is kinda useless now.

Well nothing very harmful is in that bottle then? Would it be safe to dispose of it in the garbage?

Its still ammonia hydroxide, and I'm assuming that the plastic was hydrolyzed, at the very least I would neutralize the stuff inside to 7pH if not for the safety of whoever handles it after you.
Edit: for future chemical storage, polyethylene is one of the more unreactive plastics, its just one long hydrocarbon chain in the end, few if any double bonds or oxygens to attack.

At least some of the ammonia will have reacted with the phthalic acid made by hydrolysis. Neutralising it might be polite but even diluting the liquid and flushing it into the sewer system would be a better idea than throwing it out as-is. Incidentally ammonium hydroxide doesn't exist.
