Help with ac voltage meter

 		LOL not to get OT but i tryed changing that like 3 times now and it wont change.
edit: I made the circut and the resistor devider and tuned it to 4.14 mohms. Now on my panel meter i bought Link2 is set default for 200mv but i also bought the scaling board Link2 it says to disconnect the 200mv (factory setting) and connect the desired voltage scale on the scaling board but i cant find were the origional 200mv solder jumper is.
