Well i was browsing ebay when i came upon this very intresting product its a 3200v nst that can be used to make mini SGTC here is the link and its only like 20 dollars all together

This guy's been selling these for literally years; I can't count how many times I've passed over this listing. I might have ordered one or two to play with were it not for the 230V primary. Kind of onerous for that size of transformer here in the US where some amout of trouble is required to get that voltage. I could build a flea-sized SGTC, but I'd still have to run it in the garage where I've pulled my 240V "geek socket".
