I would recommend like two ovens so you can make a voltage tripler and then you could use the fan for rsg or for the wire for the secondary. But, yes it is possible. Go down to(obviously) Tesla coil made only out of parts from a single microwave oven.

if you can find an old monitor / tv and together with the microwaveoven, you could build a small flyback driven sgtc.

If you would like to do it, please note that the secondary I used should have been thinner and taller, a width 1:5 height ratio would have been better.
