Thanks..... The res freq is 109 khz. Anyway i fot the tufnol for the rsg disk today so tomorrow i will work post pics of hopefully a completeed rsg disk.

Actually the electrodes are going to be industrial grade hardened steel threaded studs because tungsten would be to hard to fasten to the disk.
Might i suggest using collars to lock the rods in place? Or possibly tapping a set-screw in from the edge of the disk, but ive never worked with tufnol so i dont know how tapping it would turn out.

Im not sure how well you can tap tufnol but i am using locknuts and i might tack one side with a welder depending on how well the nuts hold.
