 		I am looking for a high amperage, medium voltage SCR for switching 60-150J (1.3-3 mF) 300V capacitor banks into almost direct shorts (wire exploding). Load resistance will be 50-700mOhm, and load inductance would be that of .5 meters of two side-by-side 14 gauge stranded hookup wire, almost nothing I hope. Maximum discharge time ~10ms.
